Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) express train for the route Frankfurt (M) Airport - Stuttgart in a special Lufthansa paint scheme. Class 103 electric locomotive with
three coaches w/ interior lighting and marker lights on end car. The train looks as it did in the summer of 1991.
Model: The DB Class 103 electric locomotive has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. The locomotive has triple headlights and dual red marker lights that will work in conventional operation and that can be controlled digitally.
Locomotive engine room and cab lighting can be controlled digitally. All of the
coaches have current-conducting couplers and factory-installed LED interior lighting that can be
digitally controlled via a current-conducting coupler from the locomotive. One
coach has built-in end-of-train marker lights. Maintenance-free warm white
and red LEDs are used for the lighting. Total length over the buffers approximately 107 cm / 42-1/8".
